HOW TO REGISTER  

Registration for the Oceania Tobacco Control Conference ‘OTCC’ 2024 Conference is now open. Please read the registration information carefully before beginning the on-line registration. Registration can be submitted by completing the online form. 

Registration must be completed by midnight Sunday 30 June 2024 (AEST) to take advantage of the Early Bird Rate. 


ENTITLEMENTS

Full Registration Entitlements: 

  • Admission to all Conference sessions 23-25 October 2024
  • Admission to the OTCC 2024 Exhibition  
  • Delegate materials 
  • Ticket to the Networking Event held on 24 October 2023
  • Catering including morning tea and lunch 
  • Ability to purchase tickets to attend the pre conference workshops on Tuesday 23 October 2024

Day Registration Entitlements:

  • Admission to the OTCC 2024 Exhibition

  • Opportunity to purchase a ticket to the Networking Event held on 24 October 2023

REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITONS 

Registration Cancellation Policy
Deadline: Monday 23 September 2024

Cancellations must be notified in writing (e-mail is sufficient) to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations for in-person registrations made by Monday 23 September 2024 will result in a full refund less $150 to cover administration costs. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person by Monday 23 September 2024 without incurring any cost penalty. The Conference Secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers. The Organising Committee reserves final decision on a case-by-case basis for granting a cancellation in extenuating circumstances.

The Conference and its agents reserve the right to alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the meeting, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The Organising Committee and the Conference Organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organising Committee and the Conference Organisers do not accept responsibility for loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The Conference does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
